Hello all, and welcome to my blog. My name is Steven Sires, and I am currently a junior at Washington State University. I am originally from Yakima Washington, or “the Palm Springs of Washington” as it is affectionately known by its’ inhabitants, but have been living in, and loving Pullman for going on three years now.
I don’t have too many hobbies now that I’m up at school, mostly being the lack of time to pursue them, but I am heavily interested in baseball, enjoy going to the movies once in a while, and play video games quite frequently. When I’m back at home for the summer I spend most of time traveling to my younger brother’s baseball games as he plays for a “club” team that travels to play tournaments.
The purpose of this blog is to display my media content to my COM210 class, as well as to show a sort of visual timeline of my improvement of my work. As far as business goals go, I unfortunately haven’t set a clear sight just yet. I chose MIS as my major because I have always enjoyed/been good with computers, but have no interest in being one of the more “hardcore” majors such as computer science, leaving me with the solid second choice of a business degree that specializes in computers in a way.
